LOUP is currently a pre-launch waitlist. This policy explains what little information we collect at this stage, and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. We don't ask for anything else on this site.
Why we collect it
Solely to notify you when LOUP launches in Lisbon and to share occasional, relevant updates about our progress. We don't use your email for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
How it's processed
Waitlist submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your submission to us. We also use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic (e.g. how many people visit, from where) — this data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, or to delete your email from our waitlist, at any time — just email hello@loupfashion.pt.
